Our founder Corrin Thomas, has been working in the construction industry for over twenty years, having started working for his father's building firm back in Ireland on 'the Leestone Road', before emigrating and expanding into what is now 'Leestone Interiors', a premier Design and Construction firm in New York City.
We understand how difficult it can be to find a home improvement firm that really puts your wants and needs first, but we pride ourselves in going the extra mile to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. Our jobs are almost exclusively referral based, and our reviews speak for themselves. We're often hired to fix problems caused by prior contractors. It's an unfortunate reality of the business, and not every firm's work is to our standard. On this job, we rectified $200,000 worth damages caused by poorly applied waterproofing and incorrectly constructed roofs.
After the Owner's Corp brought us in, we did the job the right way! We also redesigned lighting, landscaping, and installed eco-friendly green roofs to help the environment and improve the view from the neighboring apartments.
